This device combines two forms of remote delivery - analog phone line and Internet - into a single unit, making it the ideal system for fans of remote Message on Hold delivery.
On ongoing pain for users of remote On Hold systems, is the cost of re-installation. In situations where a remote Message on Hold player is not compatible with the customer fax line or network setup, costs quickly add up by having to re-send a new unit and pay for another tech visit.
