The Hybrid 7500 is a remote-load audio system used for Music & Message On Hold applications. This digital unit can be updated remotely by either an Ethernet connection, or analog phone line. Having both delivery options ensures that the Hybrid 7500 will be successfully installed in most any scenario.
The Hybrid 7500 is compatible with the SAS (analog phone line) and CMS (Internet) software available from Premier Technologies.
Hybrid 7500 Features
Reliable install
We take pride in manufacturing the most plug-and-play Internet unit available to the On Hold industry. The Hybrid 7500 uses DHCP and standard port 80 to communicate with the Internet and retrieve audio updates. The device can also be configured for Static IP settings.
If Ethernet connection is not available, the Hybrid 7500 can install on a standard analog fax or phone line. Users of the Premier RUF 2700 will not be disappointed. Premier's rugged fax share technology will ensure a reliable fax line installation year after year.
Flash Memory
Similar to all Premier Technologies products, the Hybrid 7500 stores audio in non-volatile flash memory. Both audio and static IP settings will be retained during a power outage. The Hybrid 7500 comes standard with 24 minutes of digital memory.
LCD Screen
This is used on Internet installs to display device status and IP information. Customize the LCD with company information and tech support number.
Rack Mount (optional)
In addition to a standard wall mount, the Hybrid 7500 can also be installed in a server rack environment.
LAN/WAN Delivery (optional)
For applications with strict network policies, the 7500 can be updated via LAN/WAN by an IT administrator.
