In a continuing effort to offer leading-edge features on new and legacy products, Premier Technologies has recently improved the acclaimed Call Handler 6000 device by adding an additional level of promotional and informational messaging.
Most often the CH 6000 is programmed for "Promo" mode; this means the unit plays a "promotional" message for callers before passing them to the inside phones. The Enhanced Features allow for another level of messaging in addition to the original Promo message.
- Callers can now press a number DURING the Promo message to hear information such as store hours, directions to a company, specific specials, etc.
- The customer can override any of the messages by pressing another number.
- After the customer hears the selected message, they will be transferred into the inside phones (just like regular Promo mode).
For Example:
Promo message says: "Thank you for calling XYZ Bank. For our website address, press 1. For directions to our bank, press 2. For bank hours, press 4. For our current checking account promotions, press 5.
After hearing the selected information, callers may either hang up or be automatically transferred to the inside phones.
